What:
Beginning April 30 and through May, Coach Woody (Scott Leindecker) is going to offer coached swim workouts every Wednesday evening at the Bemidji High School pool.
When:
April 30, May 7, 14, 21, 28. 6:45 – 7:45 pm.
Cost:
$6 per swim.

I’m not the strongest swimmer in the world, but hoping to get better and would love to try the sprint tri this July; is this class appropriate for me?
