We are again teaming up with carvalho custom for the Headwaters Triathlon uniforms. Carvalho custom has improved their materials making for a better compression fit. They also improved on the chamois for the tri and cycling shorts.

Get your orders in soon (order forms are at the end of this post), the earlier we hit our minimums the earlier you can get your uniforms!

Order Deadline

Order deadline is 4/19/2019 OR once we reach one of the following minima (1) a minimum of 10 orders for one bigger apparel item or (2) a minimum total order of 1500 euros, whichever comes last (deadline or minimum reached). The sooner you place your order the earlier we can place the order!

Membership requirement:
To order Headwaters Triathlon Club uniform pieces, we ask that you please be a member of the club for 2019. Membership is free. If you have not yet registered for 2019, please go to https://headwaterstriathlonclub.wildapricot.org and complete the membership registration.
Any questions about the order should be directed to HeadwatersTri@gmail.com and NOT to Carvalho Custom.
To place an order, download one of the order forms below and follow the instructions on the order form.
Once you completed the order form, the GRAND TOTAL you owe will be displayed in the bottom right-hand corner of the form. Use one of the payment options outlined below to submit your payment. Payment must be received before the order will be accepted. (NOTE: The displayed GRAND TOTAL includes taxes, postage and other fees associated with the order.)

You will be charged no fee if you use a bank account or PayPal balance to make the payment.
You will be charged a fee if you use a credit/debit card to make the payment.
